About
I’m Michael — a filmmaker, photographer and creative based in Plymouth, working across the South West.
I have an Honours degree in Film Making and have received recognition for my work through the Emerging Talent Award at Plymouth Film Festival. My background stretches beyond the camera too, with experience in graphic design, audio recording and sound design, editing, social content and visual storytelling.
I’m also the founder of STVNS, an independent clothing and creative brand I’ve built from the ground up — from identity and campaigns to photography, film, web design and the everyday work of growing a brand online. It means I understand creative work from both sides: making something look great, but also making sure it actually has a purpose.
My approach is relaxed, collaborative and ideas-led. No intimidating agency process or unnecessarily complicated production — just thoughtful creative work, good conversation and a genuine interest in what makes your business, brand or project worth noticing.
